Or read on to find out more information about the service provided and some of the amazing reasons why we encourage students to play an instrument!

  • 20 minutes per week.
  • £420 full price for year.
  • Less than £12 per session
  • Subsidised by the local authority.
  • If needed instrumental loan is included within cost.

Instrumental lessons are delivered in partnership with North Lincolnshire Music Service.

Students who sign up will receive one to one tuition for 20 minutes per week during term time on their chosen instrument.

Lessons take place during school hours and generally take place on the same day each week and wherever possible on a rotation so that students don’t miss out on the same lesson each week.

During these lessons students can learn purely for the enjoyment and skill or they can seek something more tangible and pursue gaining grades – which are practical examinations and can add towards UCAS points for university in the future.

When students sign up for lessons, they also gain access to the wealth of opportunities that the music service provides alongside their teaching and their teachers will speak to students individually about the opportunities which are relevant to them. For further information on the opportunities available, click here.
