The school has introduced a new intuitive and easy to use parents evening system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system and welcome any feedback.
Appointments will be short but they will be a focused and concise conversation. Please be aware that due to the structure of the evening and its timings, consultations will automatically be ended by the platform after this time has elapsed. Both parents and staff will see a countdown timer for the duration of the call to help with this. The appointments are short to allow as many appointments as possible. Appointments are allocated of a first come first served basis.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, all appointments will be carried out by video call, though no specific software will be needed, these calls can take place through either an internet browser, mobile phone or tablet simply.
